When people are looking to set and achieve goals in their personal and professional lives, it is important to understand how they can make use of the law of attraction so that they can adequately program their subconscious mind for achieving the success that is desired in their lives.
This law of attraction can be used by anybody to set and achieve goals for their personal and professional development lives whether they are in the public eye or not. The reason for this is that the law of attraction is something that everybody can put their hands on and feel the vibrations that are produced when the subconscious mind becomes receptive to the law of attraction.
Just like some people see in bright colours, some people see in bright colours and some people see in dark colours. However, the thing that is unique about the law of attraction is that you can program your subconscious mind for the success that you desire by feeling the vibrations that are produced by your heart chakra.

When the heart chakra is opened and receptive to the law of attraction, you can set your mind and your plans and actions and take a more powerful approach to achieving your goals. It is this chakra that people focus on and that you must tune into in order to program your mind and take greater actions to achieve success.

As you tune into this heart centre and activate this area of your life, you can feel what it is like to be successful and to have success. You can set your mind to what it is that you desire and set the goals that you intend to achieve. You will be able to see what you desire to become.

So how do you program your subconscious mind ?

1. First, sit quietly and relax your body and your mind. You must remain in a state of being relaxed because that is where your subconscious is established. If you tense up, the subconscious has no place to go to or to send vibrations to rest or send messages to and from the centre of your consciousness.

2. If you are sitting, it is better if you sit on a soft, thick, carpeted chair. You can lie down if you wish but the vibrations of soft carpet are good for the heart centre.
3. Close your eyes if you are able. (Some people lie back down if they are able to sleep with their eyes open because the eyes are a good place to be for focusing and focusing is what you will be doing.)

4. Start a good day by sitting back reading a book or watching TV and relax the eyes.

5. Close your eyes and relax the mind until you start to feel the effects of deep relaxation.
I recommend you use the book, the TV, the bed and the blankets provided for relaxing. Try not to think and think only of how good you feel and how you can stay that way forever and never tire of the feeling of being relaxed. If you think you can last forever, you will.

This can be done in your home or a hotel or any suitable place for you to relax. But the book, the TV, the bed and blankets are the best for you. Also the shower and the bathroom are an acceptable place for the effect to last or for you to relax your body and mind.

Also you can use a heating pad and a hot bath. These are acceptable for taking the effect away from your body until your mind is relaxed. However, you need a shower and a bathroom to take the effect to your body. A good rule is that you stay in a hotel that has a good shower and bathroom for a minimum of 72 hours. This rule is the minimum required to take the effect to your body.
