In 1913, Charles F. Haanel first introduced a very special course called The Master Key System. This 24 week course has been the basis for many popular seminars, books like like Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” and motion pictures like “The Secret”. The Master Key System is regarded as the grand-daddy of all self-improvement courses and it started the widely popular concept of the Law of Attraction. The Universal Law of Attraction really does work, but it is also widely misunderstood.

Our Link To The Universe
Central to The Master Key System is how the mind and the universe interact. Haanel taught that human beings are linked to the universe through the unconscious mind. A better term is the non-conscious mind because in our today’s world unconscious has taken a meaning that implies something inferior to the rational mind. That is certainly not Haanel’s viewpoint. The Law of Attraction functions as a result of the relationship between the non-conscious mind and the universe. Why Does The Law of Attraction Fail Sometimes?
Even so, there are some people who always seem to be able to make happen what they want and others that seem to have difficultly making anything happen. Why is that? The answer lies deeper in the esoteric description of the both human energy field and how subtle energy manifests into the world of matter.

At the most subtle level human beings are in a constant state of bi-directional communication with the universe in what yoga calls the nadis. In fact, the nadis are where the Law of Attraction really operates. The effect is that extremely subtle energetic information flows back and forth through the nadis. At a slightly grosser manifestation level, information flows in the mental energetic body. That’s where ideas and thought forms function. So, when you visualize the building, that’s where the action is taking place. At a still grosser manifestation the information flows in the emotional energetic body. That, of course, is the realm of the emotions. And at a still denser level, the information moves in the physical energy body, which is like a mold for the actual physical body.

Each of the individual chakras functions in all of these energetic bodies communicating specific types (or frequencies) of information throughout the entire energetic field. The information is stored in the extraordinary meridians and distributed throughout the physical body by the main meridians. In this manner, each organ and tissue gets the proper instructions for how it is to work. Acupuncture and chakra balancing emphasize the important of balance in the entire human energetic system. Things don’t work right if there is imbalance anywhere, because imbalance means that the information being communicated either doesn’t get to the right places or gets there in a distorted form. The mis-information can occur anywhere in the human energetic system and can result in dysfunction in the physical world, the emotions, the mental world, or in the nadis.

The Secret In the Human Energy Field
Since The Law of Attraction’s visualization works in the mental energetic body, it’s motivating emotional force functions in the emotional energetic body, it’s non-conscious communication with the universe functions in the nadis, and actual manifestation happens in the physical energy body, the implication is that if the human energy field is out of balance and creating distorted information, the Law of Attraction will also be dysfunctional. If the information exchanged with the universe through the nadis is erroneous, how can The Law of Attraction satisfactorily yield results?

And remember that in energy medicine, distortions in the human energy system can be permanent unless they are cleaned. That might cause permanent dysfunction in the Law of Attraction. The key to The Law of Attraction working is a cleaned and balanced energy field.

Manifestation and Gratitude Resources

If you start your day with feelings of gratitude you will feel good and you can keep that feeling all day.

But you should also write down something like this: “I am so happy and grateful that…” and then write what you would like to have. For example: “I am very happy and grateful that I make $1 million per year; that I have wonderful and loving wife…etc.” Use the present tense, visualize the things you want, be grateful for them, and think about them as already yours. When you achieve them, you can add new things to your list. When you write about money, start first with amount you believe is possible and then increase the amount when you got the amount you’d written down. Be specific.

When you start doing as described above, at first you might feel strange that you are using present tense for the things you want to have in the future, but it’s important to train your mind and force your mind to think about them in present tense. After some time of playing such “mental ping pong” your mind will obey and will help you to achieve the things you want.

It is important to be consistent with expressing gratitude. Expressing the gratitude writing every day in a notebook is very helpful.

How To Improve Your Relationships With Mind Control Training

Mind Control is something many people get involved with to improve their relationships, get in a relationship with someone, or to control others - for instance, family members, friends, or co-workers.

What is most interesting about Mind Control, though, is that even though it can be used for those things, many people make the mistake of missing the opportunity to use the skills and the training to improve themselves from the inside out so they are naturally the type of person who attracts different situations in to their life than the ones they wanted to change in the first place.

For example, let’s say a guy studies Mind Control so he can get women to like him. He uses the techniques to telepathically beg women to like him or to force them to give him certain types of favors.

What he finds out, though, is that he’s still unfulfilled in his relationships because he hasn’t learned yet to become the type of person who women naturally find attractive and, this is a big hint here, it has almost nothing to do with how you look and is more about the ENERGY attractor fields.

Once you use the Mind Control to actually learn to communicate better with your Three Minds: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the Higher Self, and do the proper hook up to Higher Intelligence, you can begin to more easily transform yourself in to the type of person who is able to use the Mind Control to maximum effect.

Let me give you an example from personal experience.

I used Mind Control to influence the people I used to work with to get along better with them in the workplace. But at the same time, I KNEW deep down inside myself that at that time I was living a lie that I could not continue to live that way anymore. I KNEW that I did not belong in that job, it had nothing to do with where I wanted to go in life, and at that time it had ceased to meet all 3 criteria for a job, and I was only there for the paycheck.

I knew I was miserable with myself for living a lie, and yet I was trying to use the Mind Control techniques to get along better with people I didn’t really WANT to be around in the first place.

Sure it worked, but I eventually had to face up to the truth and reach down deep inside myself to find the courage to do what I needed to do, which was leave that job and do something else that fit my criteria, my values, and my IDEALS.

And when you are living a life that is congruent with your criteria, values, and ideals, then it becomes much easier to use the Mind Control to influence those you are around, because you are coming from a place of power and self-reliance and confidence in yourself.

I remember one day starting my truck, and it would hardly move. The harder I pressed on the gas, the harder the engine sputtered.

I checked it and found a broken plug wire.

The engine wasn’t running on all 6 cylinders.

A lot of people are short-circuited and so they try to press harder on the gas and wonder why their life seems to sputter even more.

So anyway, I changed the broken wire so that all 6 cylinders were firing toward the goal of getting where I wanted to go, and it felt like I was driving a brand new truck again.

The same thing happens when you use Mind Control to examine yourself and instead of asking things like “Why can’t I make so and so like me?” or “Why can’t I make so and so do what I want them to do,” instead ask the magic question “What do I need to do in order to have X (the specific outcome you want) in my life?”

And when you do that, you start to have more power and control over your own life, and you are also more easily able to not only influence other people but to ALSO attract in to your life the type of people you truly want to be around.

Introduction to the Science of Manifestation

Have you ever wondered who you are? Are you the body you see every day in a mirror? Your body is changing. Cells in our bodies are constantly replaced by the new ones. Although the scientists differ in their opinions, most of them agree that every seven years we have a completely new body. Every cell is new.

Most people intuitionally feel that they are not their bodies. When someone dies we say he has left, but the body is still there.
You could think that you are your mind; but you can observe your own mind. You notice what you are thinking about at the moment. Or maybe, while you are reading this article now, you are thinking about something else? Because you can observe how your mind works, you can’t be your mind.

But most of the times we are not still enough to observe it. Our minds constantly play different films in front of us, and it is not easy to stop them doing it.

Have you ever tried to control your mind? Try to visualize a yellow triangle. Just concentrate on the yellow triangle. Can you think about nothing else but the yellow triangle? It’s very difficult to control a mind. Usually our minds control us.
We usually think about things we worry about and we don’t want, and because of the Law of Attraction we attract more of what we don’t want.

Most people usually think about their past or their future. According to the Science of Manifestation it is not useful to do it. We should think about now.

Our past reminiscences can be happy or sad, but past is the gone, anyway. We can’t change it. Future is still unknown, but we are creating our future now. Whatever we are thinking about now will manifest in the future. This is called manifestation. So if we think about our problems, lack of money, difficult situations, our future will be like this. What if you started to live in the present moment? What if you stopped thinking about your past and stopped worrying about your future. You could think now that your life is happy. There must be some good things about your life.

Why not to concentrate on them and be grateful for them.
Try to really visualize your perfect life. Don’t think about future. If you visualize good things, you will feel happy and excited. Of course it requires some work. You need to do it every day. You need to learn the Science of Manifestation and practice. Great things don’t come easily. That’s why so many people don’t live the lives of their dreams. They don’t control their lives. They live their lives automatically. But you can change it. You can be happy, healthy and wealthy. You just need to make some effort.

The Blarney Stone is a historical stone, or actually part of the Blarney Castle in Ireland where it was believed that kissing the stone can grant you the gift of gab. Yeah, it seems strange in this day and age, but who are we to question tradition? It’s not like I’m saying that Santa Claus doesn’t exist (OOPS!).

There is so much to know about conversation that anyone, even I, could ever realize. You can go though watching talk shows; radio programs; clubs dedicated to public speaking; ordinary conversations; certain rules still apply when it comes to interaction through words. It may sound tedious, I know, but even though it’s your mouth that’s doing the work, your brain works twice as hard to churn out a lot of things you know. So what better way to start learning to be an effective communication is to know the very person closest to you: yourself.

1. What you know.
Education is all about learning the basics, but to be an effective speaker is to practice what you’ve learned. My stint as guest at every Toastmasters’ meeting I go to taught me that we all have our limitations, but that doesn’t mean we can’t learn to keep up and share what we know.

2. Listening.
It’s just as important as asking questions. Sometimes listening to the sound of our own voice can teach us to be a little bit confident with ourselves and to say the things we believe in with conviction.

3. Humility
We all make mistakes, and sometimes we tend to slur our words, stutter, and probably mispronounce certain words even though we know what it means, but rarely use it only to impress listeners. So in a group, don’t be afraid to ask if you’re saying the right word properly and if they’re unsure about it then make a joke out of it. I promise you it’ll make everyone laugh and you can get away with it as well.

4. Eye Contact
There’s a lot to say when it comes to directing your attention to your audience with an eye-catching gaze. It’s important that you keep your focus when talking to a large group in a meeting or a gathering, even though he or she may be gorgeous.

5. Kidding around
A little bit of humor can do wonders to lift the tension, or worse boredom when making your speech. That way, you’ll get the attention of the majority of the crowd and they’ll feel that you’re just as approachable, and as human to those who listen.

6. Be like the rest of them
Interaction is all about mingling with other people. You’ll get a lot of ideas, as well as knowing what people make them as they are.

7. Me, Myself, and I
Admit it, there are times you sing to yourself in the shower. I know I do! Listening to the sound of your own voice while you practice your speech in front of a mirror can help correct the stress areas of your pitch. And while you’re at it you can spruce up as well.

8. With a smile
A smile says it all much like eye contact. There’s no point on grimacing or frowning in a meeting or a gathering, unless it’s a wake. You can better express what you’re saying when you smile.

9. A Role Model
There must be at least one or two people in your life you have listened to when they’re at a public gathering or maybe at church. Sure they read their lines, but taking a mental note of how they emphasize what they say can help you once you take center stage.

10. Preparation
Make the best out of preparation rather than just scribbling notes and often in a hurried panic. Some people like to write things down on index cards, while other resort to being a little more silly as they look at their notes written on the palm of their hand (not for clammy hands, please). Just be comfortable with what you know since you enjoy your work.

And that about wraps it up. These suggestions are rather amateurish in edgewise, but I’ve learned to empower myself when it comes to public or private speaking and it never hurts to be with people to listen how they make conversations and meetings far more enjoyable as well as educational.

Almost everyone have heard the hit single ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferiin’s simple message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

One of the better things ever said is - ‘The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change’, and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.

Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and you might just get along with well with

To be happy is relatively easy, just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

There are several ways by which you can do this.

Being grateful is a great attitude.  We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mails, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can’t start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations foster inner peace.

Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste. Time management can be viewed  as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating lists of things to do and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

Laugh and laugh heartily everyday.  Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -’Laughter is the best medicine’.

Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you. They will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep pent up anger of frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel worthy of your time.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new everyday.  Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons. And could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

And always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln, he says that, “Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.”
